Professional Experience	Apple, Inc. Lead User Designer 9/10– Present Currently leading the design efforts for all transaction related projects for the Apple Online Store, one of the largest e-commerce stores in the world. Responsible for the design of Cart, Checkout, and all post-purchase systems. Leading the design processes for a variety of global expansion projects including China, Europe, and the Americas. Crafting and delivering project briefs, wireframes, information architecture diagrams, final designs, and detailed documentation. Evangelizing design solutions to management teams and company executives. Shepherded a variety of projects from early feature concepting through development and final launch. TiVo, Inc.
